3. How does the points system work to get the audio books, e-books, and videos?
As a Gold Member you will receive One Credit Point every month which may be used towards any product in our bookstore.
4. What is the value of One Credit?
One credit equals one product in the bookstore. A very small number of products are valued at more than one credit in the bookstore.
5. Could I purchase the audio and video itself rather using my points?
Definitely! Simply go to our shopping section to purchase any products that you would like. As a Gold Member you will receive an additional 15% discount on all products in our bookstore.
6. I only have one credit, but the product I want to purchase is two credits, how much will this cost?
The credit will be applied to the first 50% of the purchase and you will be charged the difference.
7. What do I do if I forget my password and/or username?
On the top of right hand corner, there is a “My Account” link. Click on the link, enter your information and we will send you your password through email.
8. Could I contact another member?
As a Gold Member your Socially Dynamic Profile allows you to search, contact, send / receive email, and send / receive comments to any member. As a Silver Member, your profile will be active and viewable by other Members, however your email and contacting ability will be turned off. To enable all features, you will need to upgrade to a

9. Can I select my own user account name?
Yes, of course. During the first step of registration you are prompted to type in your own user name.
10. How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?
In order to upgrade or downgrade your account, you must first log in, and then edit your package details by selecting the package/plan that you would like to change
to.
11. Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes you can have multiple accounts, but you will need to register each one.
12. How can I make a payment?
You can pay through our online payment system with a credit card. We accept, VISA, AMEX, Discover, and Mastercard.
13. Can you bill my credit card automatically so I don't have to make payments?
Yes we can. All of our plans are recurring so you will be charged monthly until you request the service to be cancelled.
14. Is it safe for me to release my personal information on the internet, like my credit card number?

The amount of time it takes for you to receive a response depends on the number and types of questions being sent in. Some questions may take only a few minutes to be
